Somebody walks the property line, checks where it actually runs and how the ground sits, and writes a price with the discount already taken off, so you can see exactly what your job qualified for. Nobody asks you to sign that day, and the quote stays good long enough for you to collect the other two you were going to get anyway.

Fair questions
How much is the discount actually worth on my job?
The amount scales with the size of the installation, which is why the page says up to rather than quoting one figure for every yard. Your written estimate shows exactly what your job qualifies for, taken off the total, before you decide anything. Valid on qualifying full fence installations. New installations only. One offer per household. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
Does it apply to any type of fence?
Cedar, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link all qualify, and the material you choose does not change what you are eligible for. It applies to full installations rather than repairs or single-panel replacements, because the discount is sized against a whole job.
Can I still finance it?
Yes, and the order works in your favor. Financing runs at 12 months same as cash through Acorn Finance, and the discount comes off the total before the monthly payment is calculated, so the number you pay each month drops with it.
What is the catch?
There is no second step where the price goes back up. What you see on the written estimate is the number, and we expect you to compare it against the other quotes you collect. That is usually where we do well.
How soon can somebody come out?
Most estimates happen within a few days of the call. Build dates are the part that moves, because the calendar tightens through spring and the jobs already booked hold their slots. Getting the estimate on the books early is what protects your place in line.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. We pull the permits and handle the local building codes, which is worth something across a metroplex this size because the rules change from Dallas to Fort Worth and again in every suburb between them. Your estimator will tell you exactly what your city requires before anything is scheduled.
My fence is leaning. Do I need a whole new one?
Not always, and it is worth having somebody look before you assume the worst. A fence that is leaning because two or three posts worked loose in the clay can sometimes be reset. A fence where the posts have rotted at ground level along the whole run is a replacement, and pretending otherwise just costs you the repair money on the way to buying a new one anyway.
